Sycada provides you with all necessary hardware (GPS black-box), SIM card and reporting solution. Authorized users have access to groups of vehicles (if so desired); individual drivers have access to personal trip reporting only.

• Installed hardware that cannot be switched off. All trips are registered and cannot be manipulated. This is a requirement of the Fiscal Authorities.

• Complete safeguarding of personal privacy. Private trips are registered but not traceable on the system or on any digital map.

• Manual administration by the driver is never required. However, accidentally registered private or business trips can be edited in the online portal. All editing is logged (another requirement of the Fiscal Authorities).

• Multiple drivers can be registered on a vehicle with the use of dallas keys or smartcards.

• The system is extendable. You can start with trip reporting but add software modules for GPS tracking, time registration or connected navigation when your business has the need.

• Needless to say that Sycada’s system will evolve if local legislation so dictates. This is your guarantee for a lasting investment.

Trip reports can be generated on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis. 

Trip reports differ slightly per national area but typically include:

• Model and registration number of vehicle
• Start and stop location per trip (full address)
• Mileage along with begin and end of odometer reading
• Type of trip (private or business)
• Distribution of private versus business mileage for the reporting period.
